Information on the safe and healthy operation of our Hotel

Given the current concerns related to the new Coronavirus 2019 (covid-19), we have established house rules that, along with adequate sanitation protocols, safety methods and operation procedures, guarantee the well-being of our guests during their stay with us.

We are here to provide you with exceptional accommodation experiences attaining the adequate hygiene, safety, and operational methods that is why we feel it is important to reach out to you the actions we are taking to keep our facilities safe and healthy.

How We are Taking Care of You

  • Our Hotel is “Health First” certified and follows all the Ministry of Health’s guidelines on cleaning and sanitation according to legislation.
  • Our Hotel has embraced the #safetravels protocols of hygiene implemented by WTTC.
  • All of our team members have received sanitation training.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public areas.
  • We provide hand sanitizers in all public areas.
  • We have reduced our breakfast room’s capacity by arranging our tables to meet the new required distances.
  • We have adjusted our breakfast to “A la Carte” to avoid queuing around the buffet.
  • We have enchased our already high cleaning standards by adding extra disinfection of the most frequently touched guest’s room areas – light switches, door handles, TV remotes, A/C remotes and more.
  • To avoid any health issues that may be caused from goods and/or services brought from third parties and consumed in-house we do not allow off-property food delivery services.
  • Guests not residing in the Hotel are strictly prohibited from entering the Hotel’s guest rooms.
  • A doctor is available at anytime and there is provision of immediate medical care.

How You can Take Care of Us and Others

  • Upon Check in and Check out please wait at the indicated point. Check in is at 3 pm and Check out is at 11am
  • Key cards left at reception must be placed inside the specified box for sanitation.
  • Please sanitize your hands as often as possible. Please cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing.
  • Entering and leaving our restaurant for your breakfast, you are being advised to use the special hand sanitizers placed for that purpose at our restaurant’s entrance.
  • During breakfast please respect the maximum number of seats per table and avoid gatherings.
  • Please keep 1,5 meters distance from the person next in line while approaching the reception desk the pool bar or the buffet.
  • Please respect the distances of the sun beds by the pool and do not move them.
  • In case you develop any symptoms during your stay please stay in your room and contact a member of our team.
Our first priority is the safety of our Guests and Team members thus based on the guidance we have received and our general state of readiness, we wish to be able to allow our guests to rest easy with us and focus on enjoying the unforgettable experiences we have to offer – while protecting our Team Members who are on the front lines of hospitality.

As part of our commitment for the health and well-being of our guests, employees, and community, we are carefully monitoring the new Coronavirus (covid-19) situation through regular updates and guidance from the Hellenic Health Organization (E.O.D.Y.) and the National Health Ministry, as well as additional government and European organizations.
